A few notes about class refunds.
- Class fees are due in full two weeks before the first class begins (unless special arrangements have been made with me). This enables me to know who is signed up for the class, and what spots remain available.
- A full refund will be given to participants who cancel their class registration by 1 week (7 days) prior to the first class.
- A 50% refund will be given up to 48 hours before class begins.
- There are no refunds given with less than 48 hours cancellation notice from the student/participant, or after the first night of class. I often have a waiting list for classes, but 3 days prior to class beginning and the spots are filled, I actively help students find other class placements with other instructors/other classes. Once a class series has begun, it extremely difficult to get someone else to fill that spot; therefore, once a class series has begun, no refunds will be given.
Thank you for your courtesy, to myself and other class participants, by letting me know with plenty of warning if you are unable to attend class for any reason.
